NURGÜL ÇELEBİ

Nurgül ÇELEBİ was born in Istanbul in 1976 and graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Office Management in 1998 and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2001.

She started her professional career in the Public Institution.

Nurgül ÇELEBİ, was joined to the LÖSEV Family since 2002 and worked in many managerial positions such as; Patient Counseling Services, Administrative Affairs Coordinator, Corporate Communications Coordinator.

Nurgül ÇELEBİ is still working as LÖSEV Deputy General Coordinator.

DR. JÜLİDE ARİFOĞLU AKAY

Dr. Jülide Arifoğlu AKAY was born in İstanbul in 1990 and completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. She graduated from Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov Medical University – Medical School – Master’s Program in 2016 with the title “MD”.

She worked at different clinics in Varna, Bulgaria for 2 years. She has been to Poland for language education. After that, she worked at hospitals and Health Tourism branches in Turkey.

Dr. Jülide Arifoğlu AKAY follows medical articles and novel treatment methods, as recent works about social services, patients' rights, social rights, and children’s rights in Turkey and around the world.

She joined the LÖSEV Family in June 2021 and still works as the LÖSEV Country Coordinator of Social Services.

ARZU CELALİFER EKİNCİ

Arzu CELALİFER EKİNCİ was born in Tehran in 1977. She completed her primary school education in Iran, secondary and high school education in Ankara. She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, International Relations Department in 1998. At the same year, she started her master's degree at Ankara University, European Union / International Relations Department, and graduated in 2001.

During her graduate education, she worked voluntary in various international organizations. After her graduation, she started her professional career and worked many projects and studies. At the same time She also worked as assistant editor for an academic journal.

She completed her doctorate in 2008, which she started in 2003 at Ankara University, European Union / International Relations Department.

She wrote columns in various electronic journals and teach about "International Relations and Middle East Policy" in the International Relations Departments of Universities.

Arzu Celalifer EKİNCİ has joined the LÖSEV Family since May 2021 and still works in LÖSEV as International Relations Coordinator.

TUNCAY AKDEVELİOĞLU
INTERNAL AUDIT COORDINATOR

Born in 1975 in Ankara, Tuncay AKDEVELİOĞLU graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 1997 and completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Hacettepe University in 1999.

After working in the construction sector for a short time, he worked as an Inspector and Manager in the Inspection Board of a private bank between 2002 and 2012. He then worked as Assistant General Manager in the banking sector in Austria.

Tuncay AKDEVELİOĞLU joined the LÖSEV Family in October 2023 and currently serves as LÖSEV Internal Audit Coordinator.

DR. AYLA TÜRKYILMAZ
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Born in Kars in 1970, Dr. Ayla TÜRKYILMAZ completed her primary and middle school education in Ankara and her high school education at the Istanbul School of Finance. She graduated from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the Middle East Technical University in 1991, where she also worked as a Research Assistant.

She received a Jean Monnet scholarship from the European Union to pursue her master's degree in Economics at the University of Manchester in England. For her doctoral studies, she went to the United States and obtained her PhD in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. During her doctoral studies, she received a scholarship from the same university and worked as a Research Assistant.

After graduating, she first worked at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), and upon returning to Turkey, she served as an academic at Sabancı University. She has taught economics at various universities including Boğaziçi University and FMV Işık University.

She has conducted academic research in areas such as income and wealth distribution, foreign trade, macroeconomics, education, and the formation of human capital. In 2022, she began working in the private sector.

Since January 2023, Dr. Ayla TÜRKYILMAZ has been a member of the LÖSEV Family and currently serves as the LÖSEV Coordinator of Resource Management.

SELMA BOYACI
COORDINATOR OF DONATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH INSTITUTIONS

Born in 1979 in Konya, Selma BOYACI completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Sinop. In 2002, she graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Business Administration. She is currently continuing her education at Brussels Capital Univ. Faculty of Management.

She received trainings in various fields such as Project Management, Leadership and Team Management, Agility in Business Life, Grant Funds and Projects, Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Until 2006, he worked in the private sector. In 2006, he co-founded a PR agency where she carried out corporate identity, marketing strategies and promotional activities for many big brands, and then worked as the Corporate Communications Director of an organization. After 2013, she worked as a consultant for various brands.

Selma BOYACI, who joined the LÖSEV Family as of September 2018, is currently working as LÖSEV Donations and Corporate Communications Coordinator.

ALPER SARIBAŞ
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Born in 1974 in Gaziantep, Alper SARIBAŞ completed his primary and secondary education in different cities of the country. After graduating from Gaziantep Anatolian High School, he completed his university education at Gazi University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2006.

In 2002, he started his business life in the software company he founded himself. He then worked in various software and hardware companies.

In 2008, he started working as a logistics manager for an international organization. In this process, he held different positions as dealer order tracking, store and warehouse counting, inventory control and logistics manager.

Alper SARIBAŞ joined the LÖSEV family in July 2023 and is currently working as LÖSEV Logistics Coordinator.

NEHİR ÖZDAMAR

Nehir ÖZDAMAR was borned in Germany in 1980. She completed her primary, second and high school education in İzmir, Karşıyaka. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Depertmant of Sociology.

She worked in international organizations until 2008. Between 2008 and 2020, she took part in various management positions in the private sector. and held managerial positions in the fields of corporate relations, relationship management, education and quality, business development, and project management and She worked as a manager in corporate relations, relationship management, training and quality, business development, project management.

Nehir ÖZDAMAR has joined the LÖSEV Family since February 2021 and still works in LÖSEV as Ankara Provincial Coordinator.

AYŞE ERTUĞRUL

Ayşe ERTUĞRUL was borned in İstanbul at 1969 and completed her primary, second and high school education in İstanbul. She graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Department of Business Administration. As a second university, she continues her education at Istanbul University Auzef Sociology Department.

She worked in international organizations between 1989 and 2018. Ayşe ERTUĞRUL has worked as a senior manager at different levels in the system establishment and development processes in the fields of media, accounting, Personnel Management, Administrative Affairs and Human Resources and she is also She is also Social Security Specialist.

Ayşe ERTUĞRUL has joined the LÖSEV Family since September 2021 and still works in LÖSEV as Deputy Coordinator of Istanbul Anatolian Region and Human Resources.

AYŞEGÜL ÇİFTÇİ

Ayşegül ÇİFTÇİ was born in Kayseri, Develi in 1976 and completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Develi. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Family Sciences and Consumers. She is currently studying Human Resources Management at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty.

She has 3 years of Contract Teaching and Private Sector experience.

Ayşegül ÇİFTÇİ has joined the LÖSEV Family since 2001 and still works in LÖSEV as Kayseri Provincial Coordinator.

ERCAN KARALAR

Ercan KARALAR was born in Konya, Akşehir in 1977. He completed his primary and school education in Akşşehir, and high school education in Istanbul Ataturk Science High School. He graduated from Boğaziçi University Faculty of Engineering Department of Civil Engineering in 2001.

He worked as a Manager in the Sales and Marketing Departments of various international companies for 18 years.

Ercan KARALAR has joined the LÖSEV Family since September 2020 and still works in LÖSEV as Antalya Provincial Coordinator.

BETÜL ÖZGÜVEN

Betül ÖZGÜVEN was borned in Berlin at 1969. She completed her primary, second and high school education in Adana. She graduated Cukurova University Department of Food Engineering in 2000. She completed her master's degree at Çukurova University in 2005 and became food engineer msc. She is also Social Security Specialist.

She worked as a Food Quality Manager, Sales Marketing Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Facility Manager in Turkey's leading national and international companies for 22 years.

Betül ÖZGÜVEN has joined the LÖSEV Family since November 2021 and still works in LÖSEV as Adana Provincial Coordinator.

YELDA İLKER

Yelda İlker was born in Eskisehir in 1970 and completed her primary, secondary, and high school education there. She graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Physics. She completed her education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration in 2005.

Between 1991-2021, she worked as a senior administrator in the private sector in Eskisehir for 27 years.

She joined the LÖSEV Family in March 2022 and still works as the LÖSEV Eskisehir Provincial Coordinator.

ERTAN ÇAKIR

Ertan ÇAKIR was born in Yalova in 1970 and completed his primary, secondary, and high school education there. He graduated from Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1992. Later, he earned a master’s degree in Production Techniques and Marketing Management at Uludağ University.

In his business life, which he started while continuing his education, he worked at various levels as a manager in leading national brands for about thirty years in the media, advertising, marketing, electrical - electronic products and retail sectors, and carried out successful works in many projects.

He joined the LÖSEV Family in March 2022 and still works as the LÖSEV Bursa Provincial Coordinator.
